Team Support Midlands are pleased to be recruiting on behalf of their client based in Tamworth for a Call Centre Agent to join their team on a Temporary basis from 2nd March for a period 6-8 weeks. Position may be extended or become permanent for the right candidate however this cannot be guaranteed at this time.

Hours: 9-5pm Mon – Fri

Pay: £8.21 per hour which is £15,500 per annum

Duties: Answering incoming calls in a professional manner adhering to company guideline

Input Direct Call Transfers and follow procedure relevant to client

Book appointments for customers to technicians

Abide by call guidelines stated dependent on individual client requirements

Make outbound calls to customers to enable booking

Ensure productivity target is achieved

Maintain consistent amount of inbound and outbound calls

Follow correct procedure of call outcome and reason codes

Working through call campaign assigned in age order

Parts calls booking back out to same tech, status checking and adhere to parts data

Answering technicians mobiles and deal with queries relating to calls

Highlight problem areas to Schedule Monitors

Be aware of Mycall screen with calls waiting etc

Individual House Account Management assigned to specific Booker

Assist our Clients with any queries

Any other set instructions from Supervisor/Manager

Skills, knowledge and experience

Excellent Customer Services skills

High degree of accuracy with a commitment to high standards

Ability to work on own initiative and to multi-task effectively

A genuine interest in helping customers
