Team Support Midlands are pleased to be recruiting on behalf of their client for a Senior Administrator to join their expanding team in Central Birmingham on a permanent basis.

Salary: £20,516 per annum

Benefits: Pension, 30 days + bank holidays per annum

Hours: Mon – Fri 9-5pm (may occasionally be required so flexibility is required)

Role: Administer the company’s affiliate schemes

Duties: Co-ordinate and develop the affiliation scheme

Maintain the database accurately

Be the first point of contact for enquiries about the scheme and process payments by telephone

Assimilate regular statistical reports

Maintain mailing lists garnered from events

Liaise with other societies

Processing of application forms including data entry and running reports from the database

Monitoring the Mailbox responding to and fielding enquiries by email and monitoring registrations for events

Create, print and assemble programmes, name badges and certificates

Assembling and sending boxes by courier to exhibitions and events

Collating feedback forms after events

Attend events to assist the co-ordinators where required

Experience: Good level of Education is required including in English

Proven secretarial or administrative ability

Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

Ability to use IT Systems (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)

Ability to prioritise day to day workload under minimum supervision
