Team Support Midlands are pleased to be recruiting for a Customer Service Team Leader on a permanent basis.
Salary: £18k per annum, bonuses, free parking, pension and much more
Hours: 42 per week over a 6 week rota which consists of 3 weeks of days Mon – Fri and 3 weeks of nights which will include weekends
Role: You will be reporting into the Control Room Supervisor and assisting in the management of the team
You will be responsible for the management of staff rotas, training staff, communicating with customers, including training of the services and use of in-house software.
Ability to understand, interpret and apply information is a skill that is required in this role
You will also rigorously monitor the weekly and monthly reports to ensure KPI’s are met.
Ensure that procedures are adhered to and all British Standard are met
Experience and Skills: Excellent Computer, numeracy, literacy and telephone skills are essential
You must be able to demonstrate a flexible approach to changes in working practices and procedures
Excellent attention to detail and communication skills are essential
Previous Call Centre/Control room experience is essential
If you have worked a mixed shift rota previously this will be advantageous
