Team Support Midlands are pleased to be recruiting on behalf of their client for an experienced Customer Service Officer to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis.

Full UK Driving licence and own transport is essential

This role is due to start on 9th May and for the first 2 weeks you will be required to travel to Loughborough for training (mileage will be paid)

Hours: Normal working hours are Mon – Fri 9-5pm (first 2 weeks will be 10-4pm due to travelling to Loughborough)

Salary: £18,000 per annum

Sage50 experience is essential

A knowledge/interest in Martial Arts would be advantageous

Role: Deal with phone and email enquiries and queries in a timely manner that meets the needs of members and the company

Provide advice and support to members, clubs and areas to ensure they utilise the capabilities of the CRM system to manage their own records

Receive banking from coaches and other sources and input accurately into Sage50 systems and bank account

Follow up debtors and outstanding debts to ensure paymentInvoice (generating/printing mailing) for members/customers on the programme

Input/remove enrolments for members joining/leaving the programme on the CRM system

Take payments by credit card by telephone and input into Sage50 and CRM

Amend and print enrolment packs and mail out

Collate/code invoices for venue hire, judo belts and coach fuel cards

Maintain filing system for enrolment forms and secure disposal of leavers forms

Undertake membership processing and packing of grade and memberships

Liaise with suppliers to ensure membership equipment is dispatched

Experience: Full Uk Driving licence is essential

Experience of working within a customer service role are essential

Experience of Administration work is essential

Experience of working with SAGE50 is essential
