Team Support Midlands are pleased to be recruiting on behalf of their client based in Cannock for a Implementations Technical Coordinator to join their team on a permanent basis.

Opportunity: This role would suit an enthusiastic technical administrator, who is experienced in providing first class customer service and has IT software and hardware knowledge

Salary: £19-20k per annum DOE

Hours: Mon – Fri 9-5pm

Working in a busy environment, meeting tight deadlines and managing an electronic diary system is key to this role

You will play an important role in guiding new clients through their software journey

Your duties will include: Coordinating the training diary

Technical Installations

Setting up new hardware

Preparing information & equipment for the training team

Assisting clients in completing installation documentation

Dealing with clients via phone/email

Liaising with the Sales team ensuring all areas of the order is completed

Build & configure clients systems

Experience: Some IT software and hardware technical knowledge is essential

Excellent customer service and administration experience is essential
