Team Support Midlands are pleased to be recruiting on behalf of their client based on the Pensnett Trading Estate for an experienced Service Coordinator / Scheduler on a permanent basis.

Salary: £19k per annum

Hours: 9-5pm Mon – Fri (35 hours per week)

Role: Dealing with incoming calls and emails on the service desk from the engineers, customers and clients

Dealing with both reactive call outs and planned maintenance jobs

Coordinating a nationwide team of engineers in response to jobs

Managing quotations and annual service agreements

Assist with managing the day to day work for a team of surveyors, installation engineers and in-house builders

Experience and Requirements: Must have at least 2 years experience of scheduling work for engineers, sub-contractors or builders/surveyors

Must have excellent customer service skills

Ability to multi task

Minimum of 5 GCSE’s (or equivalent) A-C Grade
