Team Support Midlands are pleased to be recruiting on behalf of their client based in Birmingham for a Customer Service Advisor to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis.

Hours: 8.30-5pm Mon – Fri

Pay: £8.50 per hour

Role: Managing incoming queries via telephone/email and website

Contacting existing customers to inform them of new machines and upgrades they are eligible for

Entering orders accurately on to the CRM system

Processing orders through to delivery

Dealing with any queries customers may have on their account/bills

Assisting the planning department with planning of routes for deliveries

Experience: Previous customer service experience is essential

Excellent communication skills both verbal and written are essential

Ability to use Microsoft Office/Word/Excel and in house CRM systems is essential
