Job Summary

Team Support Midlands are pleased to be recruiting on behalf of their client based in Nuneaton for an experienced Payroll Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis.

Hours: Mon – Fri 8.45am-5.15pm

Salary: £22k per annum

Role Purpose: To ensure all employees are paid correctly and on time

Duties: Collating and reconciling retail hours on a weekly basis from clocked and approved shifts

Collating and validating new starters, leavers and employment changes for calculation

Absence recording ensuring terms and conditions are applied

To adhere to improvement plan and changes

Processing P45’s and starter checklists for Real Time information

Dealing with employee and government agency queries

National statistic returns

Experience: Minimum of 2 years payroll experience is essential

Ideally you will be familiar with Iris Earnie software

Experience of manual input payroll is essential

High level of attention to detail and accuracy

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
