Team Support Midlands are pleased to be recruiting on behalf of their client based in Lye for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis..
Salary: £15-18k per annum
Hours: Mon – Thurs 8.30-5pm and Fri 8.30-4.30pm
Duties: Proactively develop and manage customer relationships through telephone account management
System and Customer Data Management
Order Administration
Monitor order patterns of accounts and proactively increase sales
Query and complaint handling
Act as first point of contact and become the focal point for the screening of prospective calls
Ensure all queries and complaints are logged and solved accurately and promptly
Coordinate return of goods
Provide support in the management of customer relationships
Experience Required: Must be customer focused and engaged to answer and resolve all customer queries
Be an effective team player
Deal with enquiries and queries professionally and efficiently in a courteous manner
Possesses clear and accurate communication skills
Have excellent organisational skills
Some previous Telesales experience would be advantageous
