Team Support Midlands are currently recruiting for a company in Bromsgrove who are looking to bring in a Customer Care Advisor to there growing team.
Responsibilities and duties:
- Answering phone calls to our customer/sales reps
- Processing day to day orders via the phone and website
- Answering queries from customers – Chasing missing orders/out of stock frame information
- Admin roles such as filling/activating website accounts and sending catalogues out for new customers
- Offering head office support for the 9 person National Sales Team – Providing address details, setting up website accounts on their behalf.
- Reporting to customer cure supervisor who will organise your work
Hours of work: Monday to Friday (9am – 5pm)
Relative experience needed.
