Team Support Midlands are pleased to be recruiting on behalf of their client who’s Head Office is in Tamworth, Staffordshire for an experienced Sales Manager from the PPE / Workwear / Corporate Uniform / Textiles industry.

Package: £50k per annum + company car/allowance/phone/laptop and excellent commission package

Role: You will be reporting to the CEO and you will be responsible for generating sales and business for the company whilst managing a team of 2 Regional Business Developers.

Generating new business and working on existing accounts to generate revenue

Managing a small team of home based sales people

Visit clients nationally to generate new relationships

Provide ongoing coaching and training to the current sales team

To report on the current UK market and assist with new product development to ensure that new products enable the company to achieve profitable sales growth in the UK

Attend meetings with key customers

Experience: We are looking for someone who has experience of supporting and leading a team of field based Sales / Business Development Managers

Proven track record in sales of technical / Workwear / Textiles industry / PPE / Corporate Uniform

Ability to upsell to existing customers

The ability to demonstrate you are capable of delivering results and exceeding targets

Strong closing and negotiation skills

Commercial awareness

Strong leadership, organisational and people management skills

Experience of delivering presentations

Full UK Driving licence is essential as you will be on the road within this role
