Team Support Midlands are pleased to be recruiting on behalf of their client for a experienced Customer Service Advisor to join their team on a permanent basis

Salary: £16-19k per annum DOE

Hours: Mon – Fri 8.30-5pm

Role: Be the first point of contact for customers calling into the business. To deal with internal and external customer queries and complaints which are received by telephone, email and fax to a professional standard.

Duties: Managing a high volume of incoming telephone calls and dealing with queries ensuring that a first class customer service is provided

Making sure customers are provided with all information they require to ensure a high first-time resolution rate

Entering Customer Orders accurately

Interacting with all internal departments

Updating and checking customer orders

Ensure all data entry of customer records are updated accurately and promptly

Organising customer returns

Articulate with excellent personal communication skills both written and verbal

Experience: Build strong relationships with your customers is essential so previous customer service experience is essential

Excellent data entry skills and communication skills
