Team Support Midlands are pleased to be recruiting on behalf of their client for a strong Administrator to join their team on a full time permanent basis.

40 hours per week

Salary: £19,500 per annum

Benefits: Pension, On site Parking, Career Progression, Increased holiday with service, Overtime

Previous experience within the motor industry would be advantageous

Role: Preparing job cards

Raising invoices in line with work carried out

Use of manufacturer guidelines

Using Kerridge system and outside customer authorisation platforms

Identifying parts using manufacturer parts identification tools & booking of parts to workshop job cards

Answering the telephone and dealing with queries

Costing retail cards

Experience: Previous experience within the motor industry would be advantageous

Strong Administration skills are essential for this role

Excellent telephone manner and organisational skills are essential

IT Literate and ideally have used ADP
