Team Support Midlands are pleased to be recruiting on behalf of their client on behalf of their client for an experienced Customer Service / Sales Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis.

Salary: £18-22k per annum DOE

Hours: 40 per week Mon – Fri 9-5pm or 9.30-5.30pm

Job: This role be working within the Maintenance team and the successful candidate will need to be able to undertake a wide range of tasks, including processing customer orders, dealing with incoming and outgoing calls, email enquiries and liaising with field staff.

Duties: Dealing with both incoming and outgoing telephone calls

Managing customer enquiries

Identifying sales opportunities

Following up on enquiries with new and existing customers

Building and maintaining relationships with customers

Order Processing

Updating and maintaining company database to a high degree

Liaising with engineers

Scheduling appointments where necessary

Providing a high level of customer service

Experience: Educated to a minimum of GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths and English

Ability to work under pressure and prioritise work

Build strong working relationships

Proven track record in Customer Service / Administration / Sales
