Team Support Midlands are pleased to be recruiting on behalf of their client based in Kingswinford for an experienced Administrator to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis.
Hours: 9-5pm Mon – Fri
Pay: £9.20 per hour which is £18k. This role will be on a 12 week temporary to permanent basis
Role: It is the Administrator’s responsibility to operate effective systems and procedures to ensure that the correct paperwork is in place for all metal deliveries incoming and outgoing. Interact both verbally and through electronic media with service centres to administrate sales orders.
Liaise with accounting departments and suppliers to manage on time deliveries and payments
Duties: Provide accurate and timely administration for the delivery and receipt of goods – booking stock on and off, issuing test certs, raising credits and debits
Provide detailed load sheets for trunker deliveries – create a load sheet, ensure all delivery notes are printed and sent, Provide relevant paperwork for 3rd party deliveries keeping all records for handling charges to be invoiced
Maintain accurate reporting spread sheets on a daily basis
Ensure the computer stock records always accurately match the physical stock in the warehouse
Provide an efficient service to both internal and external personnel
Experience: Previous administration and customer service experience are essential for this role
Excellent knowledge and use of Microsoft Office including Excel is essential
Excellent communications skills both written and verbal are essential
