Team Support Midlands is pleased to be recruiting on behalf of their client in Halesowen.

Do you have at least 3 years’ experience within the insurance industry, come from a commercial background and want to join a successful business that offers progression?

The role in question will include liaison will new and existing clients, providing quotations and collecting information for future reference. There’s responsibility and career progression on offer, with potential for the role to develop into an Account Executive.

You’ll be offering assistance with claims, collecting premiums and confirming renewals. Being on hand for technical support and dealing with administrative duties surrounding the above will also be required.

If you can up-sell products and services, you’ll be ideal-There isn’t any hard selling, and the outbound calling isn’t cold, as you’ll be following up on existing clients or responses from marketing.

You’ll be highly motivated and willing to work in a busy environment within a small team, adhering to strict regulatory standards in a professional manner.

Overall, you’ll be professional and capable of providing excellent customer service, whilst communicating well to clients over the telephone.
