Team Support Midlands are pleased to be recruiting on behalf of their client based in Smethwick for an experienced Telesales Executive / Account Manager / Business Development Executive to join their team on a permanent basis.

Hours: 8.30-5pm

Salary: £19k per annum plus bonuses

Role: Reporting to the Business Development Manager you will be working in a Proactive Sales and Account Management role . You will be responsible for generating sales over the telephone throughout the current extensive customer portfolio

Duties: Working from an existing database of current/lapsed customers to call and advise them of new products, special offers and discounts.

Sending brochures and information via various marketing methods such as emails, mailshots etc.

Building relationships with customer contacts

Taking inbound calls

Entering of orders onto the database

Experience: Previous Telesales / Sales / Account Management / Business Development experience is essential

Excellent communications skills both verbal and written are essential

Ability to build long term lasting relationships

Highly self motivated and strong work ethic.
