Team Support Midlands are pleased to be recruiting on behalf of their client based in Birmingham for a Internal Sales Executive to join their team on a permanent basis.
Salary: £22k – £23k per annum
Hours: Mon – Fri 8.30-5.15pm

Duties: You will have your own set of customers accounts that you will manage ensuring enquiries are received and returned in a timely and professional manner
Chasing up quotations and making them into the order
Ensuring orders are processed and delivered in accordance to due date
Keeping in touch with customers to build the relationship, ensure they are aware of delivery dates, any issues etc.
Liaise with all other departments as and when required
Working closely with the field sales team to obtain any information they require
Skills: Excellent communication skills both verbal and written are essential
Excellent Microsoft Package skills
Previous experience within an internal sales role is essential
Excellent customer service skills
