Team Support Midlands are pleased to be recruiting on behalf of their client based in Brierley Hill for an experienced Business Development/Sales Executive to join their team on a permanent basis. Ideally we are looking for someone from within the Fastener/Manufacturing Industry.

This role will be a mix of office and field based

Package: £35k per annum (can be negotiated DOE) plus Bonus OTE: £50-55k DOE Company Car, Laptop, Phone, Pension

Hours: 8.30-5pm Mon – Fri

Role: You will be responsible for managing existing accounts and building relationships to ensure maximum expenditure

Sourcing your own leads, following up on leads passed to you from the Internal Sales team and also incoming sales leads. Conducting phone calls and attending visits to both new and existing clients

Upselling and cross selling to existing clients

Updating CRM system with accurate information

Producing quotations for new and existing business

Following up on quotations and dealing with queries etc.

Experience: Sales/Business Development experience is essential Ideally within the Fastener/Manufacturing industry

Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential

Computer literate
