Team Support Midlands are pleased to be recruiting on behalf of their client for a 1st Line Support Analyst / 1st Line IT Support to join their expanding company on a permanent basis.

My client are a market leading software company who provide management software solutions and they have been trading within the UK and Europe for the last 24 years.

Salary: £16,000 – £20,000 per annum

Hours: 9am – 5.30pm Mon to Fri with Saturdays on a rota basis

Role: We are looking for enthusiastic Telephone Support individuals, who are experienced in providing First Class Customer Support.

Duties: Answering and logging calls to provide a timely resolution to the customer base

Answering the incoming support telephone line

Logging, investigating and diagnosis of incidents

Creating Support documentation

Identifying priority calls and escalating appropriately

Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is essential

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal are essential

Excellent Administration skills are also required
