Job Summary

Team Support Midlands are pleased to be recruiting on behalf of their client for a Telesales/Account Manager to join their expanding team on a temporary to permanent basis.

Hours: Mon – Fri 9-5pm

Pay: £9.23 per hour + uncapped commission and bonuses. On site Parking is available for all members of staff

Duties: Working from a computerised database of qualified data of decision makers and previous customers

Making outbound calls on a Business to Business basis to inform them of the service your company can offer and sending information via email or in the post

Managing your own diary to follow up on call backs, attending meetings etc.

You will have your own geographical area that you will cover so this will include account management, credit control etc.

Experience: Must have 1 Years Business to Business Telesales/Account Management experience

Excellent communications skills both verbal and written

Excellent telephone manner
