We require 2 methodical, motivated and driven candidates for Team Leader roles which incorporate order picking and utilising a SOP System, for a warehouse in Oldbury.

The candidate will possess good computer skills, be used to a distribution environment and work to KPI’s. Good geographical knowledge will also be advantageous as you will be working on a schedule for post coded areas. There is a large element of customer services within this role and requires the candidate to be approachable and a good communicator.

A FLT Reach license would be desirable but not essential.

You will be working 5 days out of 7 (which may include weekends and bank holidays), the hours of work are rotational – one week of early shifts, one week of late shifts.

The role involves heavy lifting involved therefore the candidate will need to be physically fit and able.

This will lead to further development and a promising career for the right candidate.

The role will become permanent after a short trial period, and once permanent you will receive further bonus`s.
