This is a Team Support vacancy who are operating as an employment agency.
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a number of experienced Customer Service Agents to join an industry leading parcel delivery company based in Tipton.
Duties include but not exclusive to:
Warehouse stock and delivery control
Dealing with customer queries and delivery updates
Using in-house IT system
Morning delivery reports
Updating clients/ client relations
Please note- prior to employment, candidates will need to undergo a high level security check which includes 5 years work history and DBS completion.
Working hours: 40 hours per week with hours in-between 08:00-18:00 (client is flexible) Monday- Friday and may include 1 Saturday every 2 months on a rota basis.
This is a temp to perm position with the company offered permanent contracts after a 3 month probationary period.
