Team Support Midlands are pleased to be recruiting on behalf of their based in Smethwick for a Production Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis.
Salary: £18-21k per annum
Hours: Mon – Fri 7am-4.30pm

Role: Working closely with the Production Manager to ensure all administration for the Production department is accurate
Duties: Communicating with Internal Departments including: Sales, Distribution, Production, Transport via telephone and email
Ensuring stock allocation is always kept up to date and accurate on the in-house database
Taking part in stock checks which are all computerised
Informing internal team of any issues with stock orders, deliveries, transport etc.
Experience: Minimum of 3-4 years experience within Production Administration is would be desirable
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in both English and Punjabi are essential
Competent in using Word, Excel and Outlook is essential
Punjabi speaker would be beneficial but not essential
