Team Support Midlands are pleased to be recruiting on behalf of their client based in Oldbury for a Customer Care Representative to join their team on a contract basis for 9 months initially to cover maternity however this role could become permanent for the right candidate.
37.5 hours per week Mon – Fri 8.30-5pm
Salary: £16-18k per annum
Role: You will be the first point of contact for customers calling into the business. To deal with internal and external customer queries and complaints which are received by telephone, email and fax.
Duties: Managing a high volume of incoming telephone calls and queries
Making sure customers are provided with all information they require to ensure a high first time resolution rate
Entering customer orders onto the system promptly and accurately
Interacting with all company departments
Updating and checking customer orders
Ensure all data entry of customer records are updated accurately and promptly
Organising customer returns
Experience: Must have at least 2 years customer service experience within a customer care role
Excellent personal communication skills both written and verbal are essential
Excellent telephone manner
