Team Support Midlands are pleased to be recruiting on behalf of their client in the DY area for an experienced Customer Service/Sales representative to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis.

Duties: Proactively develop and manage customer relationships through telephone account management

System and Customer Data Management

Administration of orders

Monitoring of accounts and proactively build relationships with customers to increase their spend

Dealing with queries and complaints

Answering incoming calls and dealing with the call where possible or directing to the relevant department

Coordinate the return of goods and ensure the customers account is updated correctly

Experience: Previous customer service over the telephone is essential

Telephone sales experience is advantageous

Deal with queries professionally and efficiently

Have excellent communication skills both verbal and written
