Team Support Midlands are pleased to be recruiting on behalf of their client for a Assistant Team Leader to join their team on a permanent basis.

Hours – Day Shift Mon – Fri (early finish on Friday)

Duties: Plan and control labour and equipment requirements

Looking after a team of Colleagues including: Monitoring time keeping and attendance

Performance on a day to day basis

Ensure that the correct PPE is used at all times

Coaching and training as and when required

Ensure that Health & Safety is followed at all times

Experience: Ideally you will have previous experience in a similar role

Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

Basic IT skills

Some experience of Manufacturing/Engineering industry would be advantageous
