Team Support Midlands are pleased to be recruiting on behalf of their client for an experienced Customer Services Officer to join their team on a permanent basis.

Salary: £16,500 – 17k per annum to start rising to £18k on completion of probation

Hours: Mon – Fri 9-5pm

Company: My client is a well established Mail Order Company who have gone from strength to strength over the past 2 years and they are looking for long term staff to join their growing business.

Role: Answering incoming calls and dealing with them in a professional and timely manner ensuring 100% customer satisfaction

Duties: Resolves product and service problems by clarifying the customers complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution for the problem, following up to ensure customer resolution and the customer is entirely satisfied

Opens customer accounts by recording the account confidential information

Taking and clarifying customer orders and account details where required

Provide feedback to management of comments relating to products and services in regards to customer needs

Entering orders accurately onto the CRM system ensuring in information is repeated back to customer to ensure correct

Experience and Skills: Previous customer service experience is essential

Excellent communication skills both verbal and written are essential

Able to work on own initiative

IT literate with up to date knowledge of Office, Outlook, Email and Internet

Ensuring the needs of customers are met and exceeded

Experienced in delivering high customer service standard
