Salary: Up to £32k per annum DOE
Hours: Mon – Fri 8.30-4.30pm (Some flexibility may be required)
Full UK Driving licence is required for this role
We are looking for a Presentable candidate who is confident to attend face to face meeting to manage some of the largest accounts within the Retail/FMCG sector.
Duties: Work closely with your line manager to develop strategic customer plan identifying areas of current and future profitable growth that is both ambitious and achievable
Managing all aspects on customer accounts including sales proposals and order processing – being the main point of contact
Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information and guidance: researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements
Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends
Work collaboratively with buyers to ensure effective in store implementation of all brand strategies and priorities
Drive retailer and ultimately consumer satisfaction through correct offering of support and product mix.
Prepare reports by collecting, analysing and summarising information
Able to work as a team
Skills and Qualifications: Ideally you will have experience as a Sales Executive/Business Development/Field Sales or Account Manager experience of at least 3 years
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels via email, phone and customer facing
Negotiation and Account Management skills
Capability to grow and progress in a competitive environment
Good numeracy skills
Full UK driving licence is essential
